From my experience, this would be a job that you would advertise for, same as other jobs within your company. There are ads in monster, craigslist.com (and here), and other sites for sales reps. Some companies even hire different reps for different states they want to target. Some ads offer salary, come offer commissions and bonuses based on sales. If you don't want to place ads, then you can talk to a showroom owner or to a store that might sell your product and get the names of the good sales reps they like to buy from.
